Angie Oakes - Sarasota Store
Angie first came to Holistic for Pets in 2003 with a wealth of knowledge from working at a health food store and from her quest to read every book available about health and nutrition. Over the years, Angie has become an expert in holistic pet food and knows the protein-to-fat ratios of every food in the store! Angie is the manager of the Sarasota store. In addition to her vast knowledge of holistic food and supplements, she is especially talented at designing displays of everything from pet food to toys and gifts.
Angie lives with a beautiful white Pit Bull named Pearl and a black and white domestic short-hair cat named Cleo. Her passions include reading, hiking, fishing, swimming and sunbathing on the beautiful Sarasota beaches.

Elizabeth Chandler - Bradenton Store
Elizabeth came to Holistic for Pets in July 2006, bringing with her computer skills, both creative and technical writing experience, an acute ability for detail and organization, and bundles and bundles of energy. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology, but also has years and years of experience with a large number of pets living with her and several years of experience running her own pet sitting business. Elizabeth is the Manager of our Bradenton store (Holistic for Pets of Bradenton, Inc., 8728 SR 70 E, Bradenton, FL 941-753-7297) as well as Manager for our web store, HolisticforPets.com.
Elizabeth was a customer at Holistic for Pets long before joining our team, so she already had in-depth knowledge of holistic pet products when she started here. She lives with 9 rescued dogs (Rocky Balboa, Casey, Sheena-Beana-da-Vacuum-Cleana, Neo, Cassie, Eddie, Beezer, Dog-Wog, and Lil Dog) and 10 rescued cats (Buttermilk, Elmo, Sophie, Onyx, Hamlet, Brutus, Midget, Snookums, Hannah-Banana-Nutbread, and Buford) that keep her very busy. Her passions include dogs, cats, agility, wolves, wildlife, and did we mention dogs?

Terri Golden - Sarasota Store
Don't let Terri's small stature and laid-back demeanor fool you - she can easily lift her weight in dog food bags. Terri has been with Holistic for Pets since 2005 and brings an extensive knowledge of pets and their holistic needs from her previous work in a veterinary clinic as well as from her own menagerie of pets.
Terri has three Bloodhounds that do Search & Rescue work (Justice, Cause - short for "Probable Cause" - and Miranda), a Dutch Shepard (Shiloh), a Golden Retriever (Scarlet), a Weimeraner (Sterling) and a German Short-haired Pointer (Austin). She also has two cats named Duke and Bobbi, and a Sulcata Tortoise named Saharra. Terri's passions include Search & Rescue, learning anything about animals, and reading.
